PAYMENT

Payments accepted on lorna.earth

At lorna.earth we have the following means of payment: Credit or debit card (Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard), American Express, Discover and Apple Pay.

Secure payment by credit card. The data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. For payment with Visa and Mastercard, only Ces (Secure Electronic Commerce). After verifying that the card is attached to the CES system, the system will contact the bank that issued it so that the buyer can authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

SHIPPING

Deliveries

Shipments can be delivered to the address of your choice (home, work, etc. – never in the post office box, military bases, or hotels).

Lorna Earth offers shipping all over the world. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. Free shipping on all orders over €250 in the EU.

Standard delivery: 3-4 business days in the EU.

RETURNS

Return conditions

Our return policy allows you to return products as long as they have not been used, within 14 days of receipt. Garments, accessories or objects must be returned in perfect condition along with their complete original packaging, and unused, unwashed and with all the labels still attached. In case of making a return, the shipping costs do not will be returned Customs costs or taxes in the country will be borne by the customer. 

To make a return, contact us at info@lorna.earth with the following information: Order number, information about the garments / accessories or object to be exchanged or returned.

The return must be made from the same country to which the order was sent.

Return costs

The shipping costs of returns are borne by the buyer. We are not responsible for losses, delays or shipments to the wrong address of any product you want to return to us, so we recommend that you send it by registered mail or with acknowledgment of receipt.

Term and method of refund of payment

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way as you made your purchase. Whatever the payment system used, the refund of the amount will be implemented as soon as possible but in any case within 15 days of receipt of the product.

Refund of the wrong payment

If you receive an erroneous payment refund, let us know at info@lorna.earth, we will solve the problem as soon as possible.

lorna.earth reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
